We want you to love your Nol Collective pieces, but if something isn't right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain handcrafted or made-to-order items may be subject to specific return conditions.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days.
